Go to the " One Store" folder located by default here: C:\Users\your_username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Official\OneStore If you're using an LTE or wired connection, manually delete the official package and any corresponding Community Created Content that may prevent the installation. A wired connection greatly reduces the risk of packet loss responsible for that error message. This will help ensure that you are on a stable internet connection. WARNING: Before trying the troubleshooting steps below, switch to an LTE or wired connection.
